Every BreadWinner loaf contains 5 or fewer ingredients — all of which you can pronounce. Zero maida (refined flour), zero preservatives, zero emulsifiers. We print the full ingredient list on the front of the pack, not hidden on the back in tiny font.

Yes. Our Whole Wheat Bread is made with 100% stone-ground atta. Not "multigrain" that's 80% maida with a sprinkle of grains. Not "wheat bread" that lists maida as the first ingredient. Actual whole wheat. All of it.

3-4 days at room temperature, 7-8 days refrigerated. Real bread doesn't last two weeks — that's what preservatives like INS 282 (calcium propionate) are for. We skip those and bake fresh daily instead.

It's gluten-light, not gluten-free. Bajra and jowar are naturally gluten-free grains, but our bread is made in a facility that also processes wheat. If you have celiac disease, we don't recommend it. If you're reducing gluten by choice, it's a great option.

Local orders are delivered same-day in insulated packaging. Pan-India shipments use food-grade cold chain packaging to maintain freshness. No, we still don't add preservatives — we just pack smarter.

Take a photo and email us at hello@breadwinnerfoods.com within 24 hours of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you — no questions asked. We know bread is delicate.

You can cancel within 1 hour of placing your order for a full refund. After that, if the bread hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best. Once shipped, cancellations aren't possible — but reach out and we'll figure something out.
