Daily Bread has six ingredients, all of which you can pronounce; Quinoa Bread has seven. No maida, no preservatives, no emulsifiers. We print every ingredient on the pack, with its percentage, in plain sight and not in tiny type.
Daily Bread, by weight: sorghum flour 53%, water 33%, sourdough starter 7%, cold pressed sunflower oil 4%, jaggery 2% and pink salt 1%. Per 100 g, as printed on the pack: 294 kcal, 7.0 g protein, 53.4 g carbohydrate (5.8 g sugars, all added), 5.8 g fat (1.0 g saturated, no trans fat), no cholesterol and 370 mg sodium. A 60 g serve is 176 kcal, 4.2 g protein, 32.0 g carbohydrate, 3.5 g fat and 222 mg sodium. A 250 g pack is ₹58 MRP (maximum retail price), inclusive of all taxes. Quinoa Bread adds quinoa for seven ingredients, is high fibre (6.5 g per 100 g), and is ₹85 for 250 g.
Yes. Every loaf is leavened with our own sourdough starter, not commercial yeast. Daily Bread is 53% sorghum flour and 33% water, and the other 14% is sourdough starter, cold pressed sunflower oil, jaggery and pink salt. No maida.
Keep it in the fridge, as the pack says, and eat it within 2 days of opening. To keep it longer, slice and freeze it, then toast it from frozen. There are no preservatives such as calcium propionate (INS 282; INS is the International Numbering System for food additives), so it goes stale. That is the trade.

Ordering
Add our breads to your cart, enter your delivery pincode and pay online by UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay at checkout. If online payment is ever switched off, message us on WhatsApp from your cart instead: it sends us your order, and we confirm your delivery and payment with you on WhatsApp.
Yes. To check out online you sign in with email or Google, so we can save your order history and delivery addresses. If online payment is ever switched off, an order on WhatsApp needs no account.
UPI, cards and net banking, all through Razorpay at checkout. If online payment is ever switched off, we agree how you will pay when we confirm your order with you on WhatsApp.
Shipping
₹50 on orders below ₹499 at MRP. Free on orders of ₹499 and above at MRP. No hidden charges, no surprises at checkout.
We deliver in Bengaluru (pincodes 560001 to 560100), and in Solapur (413001 to 413008), Pandharpur (413304) and Dharashiv (413501) in South Maharashtra. We check your pincode before you pay. Mumbai is next: leave your email on our Mumbai page and we will write to you the day Mumbai opens. We do not deliver anywhere else in India yet, and we would rather not promise dates we cannot keep.
Order before 6 pm IST and it is delivered the same day. Order at or after 6 pm and it is delivered the next day before 12 pm. Please allow a 2-hour delivery window. The details are in our shipping policy.
It travels in its own pack, which prints the date it was made and its use-by date. It reaches you the same day if you order before 6 pm, or the next day before 12 pm if you order at or after 6 pm. There are no preservatives, so put it in the fridge when it arrives: the pack says keep refrigerated at 0 to 5 °C, eat within 2 days of opening, and do not eat it if the pack is puffed or the seal is broken.
Returns and refunds
Take a photo and message us on WhatsApp at +91 80006 01313 or email hello@breadwinnerfoods.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number. We acknowledge every report within 48 hours, and we will replace it or refund you. We know bread is delicate.
You can cancel within 1 hour of ordering from your account page, and we refund you in full. If you ordered on WhatsApp, message us on WhatsApp at +91 80006 01313 or write to hello@breadwinnerfoods.com within that hour. After that, if the bread has not been dispatched yet, we will do our best. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but write to us and we will see what we can do.
Company
Breadwinner is a brand of Pernickety Private Limited. We are the marketer and distributor; licensed partner bakeries make the bread. Our registered office, company numbers and licences are in the footer and on our licences page.
