Acceptance

By using breadwinnerfoods.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't order (but you're missing out on great bread).

Products

All product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate to the best of our ability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice. Product images are representative — your bread might look slightly different because, well, it's handmade.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when payment is processed successfully. We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are unavailable or if pricing errors occurred.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One account per person. Don't share your login. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. We never store your payment details on our servers.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We aim for same-day delivery in select cities and 2-3 days pan-India. Delays due to weather, logistics, or force majeure events are beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

BreadWinner Foods is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
