breadwinnerfoods.com is run by Pernickety Private Limited. Breadwinner is a brand of Pernickety Private Limited. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Pernickety Private Limited, and “you” means the person using the site or placing the order.
Our registered office is S No. 646/6A/1, Plot No. 2, 4th Platinum Plaza, Opp Ramayan Bungalow, Next to Jain Oswal Boarding, Tilak Wadi Road, Police Staff Colony, Nashik, Maharashtra 422002. Our company numbers and licences are in the footer and on our licences page.

By using breadwinnerfoods.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t order.
Products
All product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate to the best of our ability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice. Product images are representative: your bread might look slightly different, because no two loaves come out of the oven exactly the same. Our licence details, including our FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) licence, are on our licences page.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when your payment goes through or, for an order placed with us on WhatsApp or by phone, when we confirm it with you. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if your pincode is outside our delivery area, or if a price was shown in error. If we cancel, we refund anything you have paid.
Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One account per person. Don’t share your login. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately.
Payment
Online payment is live: pay by UPI, card or net banking, processed securely through Razorpay. We never store your payment details on our servers. If online payment is ever switched off, you send us your order on WhatsApp instead, and we agree the payment with you when we confirm the order.
Delivery
We deliver in Bengaluru (pincodes 560001 to 560100), and in Solapur (413001 to 413008), Pandharpur (413304) and Dharashiv (413501) in South Maharashtra. Order before 6 pm IST and we deliver the same day. Order at or after 6 pm IST and we deliver the next day before 12 pm. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays due to weather, logistics, or force majeure events are beyond our control. The details are in our shipping policy.

Limitation of liability
Pernickety Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
Grievance Officer
Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our Grievance Officer handles complaints about orders, deliveries, refunds, your personal data and this website.
