Our Promise
We stand behind every loaf. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no fine print, no runaround.
When You Can Get a Refund
- Damaged on arrival — bread arrived squished, torn, or visibly damaged
- Wrong product — we sent you the wrong bread (oops)
- Quality issue — bread arrived stale, mouldy, or otherwise inedible
- Non-delivery — order didn't arrive within the expected window
How to Request a Refund
- Email hello@breadwinnerfoods.com within 24 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date)
- Include your order number and a photo of the issue
- We'll respond within 24 hours with a resolution
Resolution Options
Depending on the issue, we'll offer:
- Full replacement — we'll send a fresh order at no cost
- Full refund — money back to your original payment method
- Store credit — if you prefer credit for a future order
Cancellations
- Within 1 hour of ordering — full refund, no questions asked
- After 1 hour, before dispatch — we'll try our best, contact us
- After dispatch — cancellation not possible (bread is perishable), but reach out if there's an issue on delivery
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2-7 business days to reflect in your account.
What We Don't Refund
- Change of mind after delivery (bread is perishable)
- Taste preference ("I don't like whole wheat" — fair, but not refundable)
- Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery
