Most bread sold in Bengaluru supermarkets, even the ones labelled “whole wheat” or “multigrain”, lists maida as the first ingredient. Breadwinner takes a different approach: Daily Bread has exactly six ingredients. Sorghum flour (53%), water (33%), sourdough starter (7%), cold pressed sunflower oil (4%), jaggery (2%) and pink salt (1%). That’s it.

How delivery works in Bengaluru
We deliver to Bengaluru pincodes 560001 to 560100. Order before 6 pm and your bread arrives the same day. Order at or after 6 pm and it arrives the next day before 12 pm. Please allow a 2-hour delivery window. Delivery is ₹50, free on orders of ₹499 and above at MRP (before any multi-buy saving). Pay by UPI, card or net banking at checkout.
No preservatives, so it goes stale in a few days. Keep it in the fridge (0 to 5 °C) and eat it within 2 days of opening, or slice and freeze it and toast from frozen.
