What is on the label, for Delhi
Much of the packaged bread on Delhi NCR shelves is made to sit on a shelf for days. Flip over a “brown bread” loaf: maida listed first, then emulsifiers, preservatives, and ingredients you can’t pronounce. Breadwinner exists to change that. Daily Bread has exactly six ingredients: sorghum flour (53%), water (33%), sourdough starter (7%), cold pressed sunflower oil (4%), jaggery (2%) and pink salt (1%). Nothing else. No maida, no DATEM, no calcium propionate.
Today we deliver in Bengaluru and in Solapur, Pandharpur and Dharashiv, and Mumbai is next. Same breads, with every ingredient printed with its share, in every city we reach.
